As of this past Monday, a little more than 90% of the libraries in our CW MARS network resumed filling ILL hold requests. This means that the materials you can choose from to borrow has greatly increased!
Also, email notifications have resumed! If you were getting email notices to tell you that an item you requested has arrived at the library or email notices regarding items coming due, we have resumed sending those notices from the system.
Please, watch your email for messages telling you that items have arrived for you to pick up. We are not making phone calls to tell people that hold items have arrived for you to pick up. Also, check your email spam folders to see if our notices are being trapped there. If they are, then tell your email service that these are not spam!
We are checking all items out to patrons before you come to pick your item out. This speeds the pickup process when you arrive at the library to receive your items. This is why you will find items checked out to your account even though you have not picked up your items yet.
If you do not come for your items within 7 days of our receiving them, we will check them back in and send them back to their owning libraries.
