The Easthampton Council on Aging Book Club meets at the Council on Aging every other month on the third Thursday, from 2 – 3:30pm. We provide copies of each title for participants to check out. Meet live animals from the Nook–they might even let you feel their scaly skin! Discover the habits and lifestyles of these luminous insects, and learn what makes their ‘cool light’ different from other ‘warm light’. Bring a recycled glass jar, and make a firefly catcher to bring home and enjoy this summer! Recommended for ages 5+.
