Calling all builders! Bring your friends and let your imagination run wild. Creations will remain on display at the Library until the Club’s next meeting.

Come be a part of our teen advisory group! Come and share ideas about what programs the library could have and what we could buy for our collection. We will also have art supplies to explore and snacks to eat…Ages 12+

Join Nancy for a presentation and showing of birdwatching materials (binoculars, bird guides, etc.), then go outside together to listen and see what birds you can find. This program is happening rain or shine. In the event of bad weather, Nancy will lead a bird-friendly/birdwatching craft.

Nancy Stenberg has been an avid birdwatcher since she was 10 years old. She was inspired by the novel Jonathan Livingston Seagull by Richard Bach. She enjoys her work as an elementary school librarian, and is a proud mother and grandmother.

Learn about amazing creatures! Experts in reptile care will teach us about their habits and habitats, as well as what makes them different from each other. Meet live animals from the Nook–they might even let you feel their scaly skin! Join the Easthampton Public Library Chess Club! The club will start from square one and everyone is welcome–beginner or expert! Learn the real rules and how to use all of your pieces. Study famous games and learn winning strategies to improve your play. Ages 9+ (Children below 9 need to be accompanied by an adult). Space is limited.
