Come prepare for the eclipse with us! Smith College astronomy professor and science writer for children, Meg Thacher, will be talking with families about the coming eclipse and leading us in an activity to make a pinhole eclipse viewers! Program geared for elementary aged children but siblings and families are welcome. Help us beautify the Youth Department bookshelves with your art! During this new quarterly program, you will have the chance to make something that will then be on display at the library for about three months. Choose either the Wednesday or the Friday session and come ready to create. For this first display the program is recommended for school-aged children and teens, we will be creating with Model Magic; all supplies will be provided.
