Facilitators Jess and Albie will present on addressing the Overdose Crisis with Harm Reduction, and lead a conversation/Q&A.

  • Does harm reduction include abstinence and 12 step? (It does, but most media mistakenly have portrayed abstinence and harm reduction as opposites).

  • How can harm reduction help people who don’t want or have not been able to achieve abstinence?

  • How does harm reduction offer families an alternative to tough love?

  • How does harm reduction save lives of people who use drugs?

Jess Tilley and Albie Park are best practice harm reduction trainers and consultants and co-founders of HRH413, located in Western MA.
