November Handmade Gifts Series

Join Emily for this three week gift-making series. Each week, we will provide inspiration and materials for a different craft project suitable for gifting. We will have wrapping materials and gift tags so that everyone can leave with a gift ready to be given! Program is designed for youth and teens ages 7+. Community Art Shelves

Help us beautify the Youth Department bookshelves with your art! During this quarterly program, you will have the chance to make something that will then be on display at the library for about three months. Come ready for printmaking this time!  Ages 5+. Knitting & Crocheting Group

Fingers flying, knots tying! Do you love to knit or crochet and enjoy good company? Drop in to our informal knitting/crocheting group, which offers an opportunity for adults to get together, bring a project to work on, and have others nearby for advice. Meeting weekly on Mondays.

Please note that this is not a knitting class, but instead an opportunity to share current knitting projects with others, to make new friends, and to learn tips and tricks at the same time.
Yoga with Brian Mulligan

Free adult yoga class, weekly on Mondays (except the 4th Monday) from 6-7pm with Brian Mulligan. Brian stresses a gentle approach to yoga with emphasis on proper alignment, safety and well-balanced classes.

Drop-in and bring your own yoga mat.

Brian is a certified 200 hour yoga instructor who studied under Kim Valerie’s Iyengar based Yoga Spirits out of Beverly, MA. He’s also certified to teach chair yoga, having studied under Lakshmi Voelker’s Get Fit Where You Sit program. Lakshmi has trained over 1600 Chair yoga instructors and trains out of Kripalu.
