Stop by to browse, checkout, and take popcorn and treats to enjoy together at home! We might even have a surprise guest helping! Please follow all COVID-19 protocols.

4-H Babysitters Basics Class-Virtually on Zoom!

Would you like to learn babysitting skills? Participants will come to understand the responsibilities of babysitting and learn the skills needed to become good babysitters. This workshop will help you to develop confidence in handling situations that may occur when babysitting. Upon completion of this course, you will receive a babysitter’s ID card and a certification of completion. We will provide a 4-H Babysitting manual. You must attend all three days. Registration is required by April 12th. We are sponsoring this course through UMASS. Contact Va Shon Hiltpold to register or for more information at vwallace@umass.edu.

Agate Watercolor Painting with Pop Up Art School!

Create a beautiful watercolor painting of an agate slice. Learn how to use a wet on wet watercolor technique and salt on wet watercolor paint. This painting is easy and fun to do. In this workshop you will create a striking piece of art to give as a gift or hang on your wall. Materials will be available for pick up for the first the15 participants who register at youthdept@ewmlibrary.org. “This program is supported in part by a grant from the Easthampton Cultural Council, a local agency which is supported by the Mass Cultural Council, a state agency.” ages 10-18.

Drop-In Guitar Workshop for Beginners-Teens

Are you just starting to play guitar and having some trouble? Join Andy Goulet and other beginning guitar players for this workshop series and get the help you need! Andy Goulet has been playing guitar for over 20 years and can help you identify solutions to problems you may be having, and develop a plan for learning to play how YOU want to play! Teen Advisory Board

Teen Advisory Board (“TAB” for short) is a group of teens that meets once a month on ZOOM. The TAB works with library staff to improve events, space, and collection that we offer to teens. Take ownership of these services and help us create the library that you want to see!
