Adulting 101: What is “Healthy” Anyway?
Sep 11 @ 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm

Would you consider yourself “healthy”? Why or why not? Join us in welcoming personal trainer Alex Wenger (the “well-read meat-head”), whose approach to answering this question might surprise you. In addition to discussing the relationship between health and body image, we’ll also walk (or jog) away with some simple tips and exercises that can be squeezed into even the busiest of schedules.

This program is geared toward teens in grades 7-12, and registration is strongly encouraged.
