Light-filled paper crafts for all skill levels to bring us safely together through the year’s longest night. Come celebrate the solstice and our hopes for the return of the sun.

This event involves drop in, self-guided crafting and will take place upstairs at the long tables by the computers. A limited number of grab-and-go versions of the activities will also be available.

Join Lois to create a winter wonderland house! We will supply the materials, you supply the imagination! Registration required, limited space and supplies. Ages 4+

Drop in to the Youth Department to create a work of art from our craft supplies. Many types of materials to use! Just bring your imagination to design and construct! Ages 3+

Join us for our “New” Graphic Novel Book Club. Title will be announce soon! We provide copies of each title for participants to check out. Refreshments and fun conversation! Ages 7+

We are partnering with the Easthampton Council on Aging to host a book discussion of An Unnecessary Woman, by Rabih Alameddine.

Alice’s Ordinary People is a documentary film about Alice Tregay – a woman who refused to stand still for injustice. Her remarkable story spans the historic period from the marches of Dr. King to the election of Barack Obama, and her unique contribution in the field of politics is the thread that connects the two.
