Less is More Decluttering Workshop
Sep 12 @ 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm

Join us for a presentation by Stephanie Baird, LMHC as she discusses her 12 month long process of using the KonMari method of decluttering, as outlined in the bestselling book, The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up, by Marie Kondo, to clear her home of items that no longer “spark joy.”

Not only did she remove around 60-80 trash bags and boxes of items, but she was able to sell a vast amount of these items on eBay, Facebook, Craigslist, and to local clothing, book, cd, and comic stores, making over $2500. What she did not sell was picked up for donation or trash/recycling. Since doing this process, she has marveled at how much her consumption has decreased as a result of becoming much more discriminating. Every object remaining in her home has a purpose and place, and is pleasing to own.

During this presentation she will provide and outline of the KonMari steps, with pictures depicting efficient organization, discuss and provide resources on how to responsibly dispose of your items, and discuss the benefits of clearing your space to clear your mind. Free and drop-in.

Check out more about Stephanie and this talk on her website!
