Join us for a special edition of our weekly book celebration, focused on picture books from Japan and restoring paper lanterns which will be then floated on Nashawannuck Pond on the evening of August 9th in commemoration of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Our celebration of summer includes a program of making special summer memory jars and an outdoor visit from Crooked Stick Pops! Complete your Summer Reading Program with a fabulous treat for reaching your goal! Make sure all your earned raffle tickets are entered for a chance to win one of our fun, experiential prizes. Come be a part of our teen advisory group! Come and share ideas about what programs the library could have and what we could buy for our collection. We will also have art supplies to explore and snacks to eat…Ages 12+

Come have hot chocolate and use beautiful supplies to make garlands and paper chains to decorate the library and to bring home! Intergenerational program, all ages are welcome.

It’s a half-day for Easthampton Public Schools–come enjoy an afternoon family storytime with Peter Rosnick, local author of JoJo and the Gazork and JoJo and the Eagle. Program is geared for ages 3-8, but all are welcome.

Come start the new year with watercolors! We will have materials, prompts and painting games. All ages welcome.
