We are partnering with the Easthampton Council on Aging to host a book discussion of An Unnecessary Woman, by Rabih Alameddine.

Join us for a project utilizing skills in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math. Each month features a new topic, such as mazes, magnets, slime, solar projects, and more. Register (limited space and supplies) for this hands-on project. Recommended for ages 5 and up.

Our Monday Night Book Club meets monthly (except twice in January and not in December), on the fourth Monday, from 6:30 – 8 PM. Drop-in. We provide copies of each title for participants to check out. Alice’s Ordinary People is a documentary film about Alice Tregay – a woman who refused to stand still for injustice. Her remarkable story spans the historic period from the marches of Dr. King to the election of Barack Obama, and her unique contribution in the field of politics is the thread that connects the two.
