Monday Night Book Club

Our Monday Night Book Club meets monthly (except twice in January and not in December), on the fourth Monday, from 6:30 – 8 PM. Drop-in. We provide copies of each title for participants to check out. ‘Art Speaks’ with Lois!

RCA’s Intergenerational Drawing Group

Ages 1 to 101… this drawing group is for you! Come as a family or with a buddy, or come solo. FREE for all to attend.
Intergenerational Drawing Group is happening at the Library on June 27th, July 11th, and August 1st with Resilient Community Arts. It’s a laid-back, fun-centric time to come together and draw. No experience required!
You’ll have the option to work on your own drawings independently or join a small learning group, focused on a specific skill or subject. Drawing skills are taught by RCA instructors who are trained to work with all ages and skill levels. All materials provided.

Chris Rich is a certified life coach.  She delights in helping people create the life they want by focusing on the things that are in their control.  She is famous for her cinnamon rolls, makes friends easily and loves to make the world a better place.

Youth Songwriting with Lisa

During this special four week workshop designed for youth ages 9 and up, participants will join Lisa Bastoni, award-winning folk singer and songwriter, to learn about a variety of song forms and elements, and work collaboratively and individually to turn their own experiences into songs! Family Fort Night At the Library!

Come kick the summer off by making forts and reading in the library with flashlights after closing time! We will gather for a group story time and snacks and then disperse to make forts and read together! Bring sheets and pillows to make cozy forts. We will have one flashlight per family, feel free to bring more if you like.  Registration required.
