Come join us each Monday for a six week Summer Storytime Series celebrating berries and fruit! We will gather for songs and stories designed for ages 1-3, but babies, preschoolers, and siblings are all welcome as well. At 11am a craft project will be offered.

Learn about amazing creatures! Experts in reptile care will teach us about their habits and habitats, as well as what makes them different from each other. Meet live animals from the Nook–they might even let you feel their scaly skin! Join local artist Dave Wallace (incendavery.com) to learn about his process for creating diary comics, and turn your own life into a work of art! Dave will lead participants through exercises that incorporate free writing, character creation, and scripting, before helping us put it all together into a finished comic. Come join Emily this summer for weekly family book celebrations. Each week will focus on a different book for us to enjoy together. These gatherings will include an interactive storytime geared for elementary students and their families and then a celebratory project prompted by what we’ve shared. Attend one week or all five!
