The Whalemobile Presents: The Tale of the Tail of a Humpback Whale Wednesday, July 14 @ 2:00-3:00pm

Cynde McInnis of The Whalemobile will present the tale of one of her favorite humpback whales, Nile. She was born in 1987, and Cynde has seen her almost every year since she began whale watching in 1994! Cynde will share why Nile is her favorite, and how scientists study humpbacks (by the patterns on their tails). We will “virtually” go inside a life-sized model of Nile to learn about how humans and whales
